UPDATE: whoops, spoke too soon...

Looks sporadic for me - client login failure when submitting a block, and then success on the next block - strange.

I can get to www.seventeenorbust.com (http://www.seventeenorbust.com) from the west coast.
I can't ping 69.9.160.186 (mandos.seventeenorbust.com) but that doesn't mean much eh? ;)

Must be some bad routers somewhere.

I can ping www.seventeenorbust.com (69.9.160.186) from my Seattle-based POP (speakeasy.net) with no problems.

sb.pns.net also resolves just fine - it appears to be sporadic as a large number of people are still submitting blocks just fine, so maybe it's specific to a certain large ISP?

EDIT: maybe try a tracert and post results?
