I downloaded the latest protein for NT and Tru64 UNIX and I'm getting the following error when I try to upload the results:
Uploading fileset 1/1 from last run to server...
STATUS 908 INCORRECT PROTEIN
This only happens when I use the -qt option. If I take the -qt option off it uploads fine.
Note: I 1st run with options -df -i f and then I run with options -df -u t.

This could happen for a number of reasons but the easiest way to fix it probably is to delete 'filelist.txt'

I apologize, I don't think I made what I'm doing clear.
First I make sure all *bz2 and filelist.txt files are deleted. Then I run the client with options -i f -qt for awhile before deleting the *lock file. When I try to upload using the option -u t, that's when I get the protein error.
If I do the above sequence again but leave off the -qt option the upload then works.
Sorry for the confusion.

Thanks for the quick response.
I know this has been said before but I''ll say it again: This is one of the best run DC projects around. Cheers.
