I'm noticing that credit seem to vary wildly on this project.

On the same machine:

For 5,917 seconds CPU time 23.25 credit was claimed and 15.70 credit was granted. (http://biology.polytechnique.fr/proteinsathome/result.php?resultid=783069)
For 2,228 seconds CPU time 8.75 credit was claimed and 24.45 credit was granted. (http://biology.polytechnique.fr/proteinsathome/result.php?resultid=803687)

So thats 2.7 times more CPU time for 0.6 of the credit. :confused:
