New protein crash

This error was shown in the error.log :

FATAL ERROR: [014.004] {trajtools.c, line 2347} Unable to find trajectory distribution for residue 28,d4seek return code -1

after I discover that the client had stop producing structures though the process is still in the memory.

I'm running it as a WinXP service.

Is this is a known problem?

It is possible that your protein.trj is corrupt. What is the file size and date of this file? It should be 4,092,764 bytes and dated 07/16/02 10:34am (size is more important though)

The size and date matches the description that you gave. I'm going to download a fresh copy and try again, coz this was an auto-updated copy. Thanks.
