If you're in America then please do NOT use Buy.com.

They have HORRIBLE customer service. I just got done last week having them fix a problem (double charged) for a purchase back at THANKSGIVING.

And they don't list their phone # on their webpage, you have to e-mail them and ask for it. Then you end up waiting 30-60 mins before a "real" rep picks up only to get some guy who's in India and speaks 1 good word of English, the rest is just mumbling. I had to make him say things 4 and 5 times each just to catch the whole sentence.

I'll never shop there again.

Woah. I've used them 7 or 8 times in the past and haven't had a problem... and from the looks of it, I'm thankful for that.
