I recently turned HT on on my dual Xeon.

It runs SoB and DPAD fine, I get 4 instances, great.

Boinc won't play ball neither will OGR.

Anyone got a fix for this?

in your online BOINC settings you may need to set max cpu to 4

OGR..... not used for a very long time

Hi Free-DC,

I have reading you forum for some time now and had 2 reply at this question :)

Put the following tekst in you dcnet.ini and your good to go!!

Code:
[processor-usage]
priority=3

[processor-usage]
priority=3

the double is for dual procs .... for quad core put this 4 times in your ini :rock:

ps...... I am a member of NGS (team of DPC) .... and yes thats a good thing LaurenU2 :Pokes:

thanks for the tip, OGR is going full speed now under the line

[processor-usage]
priority=3

is a threads entry which I changed to 4 and it runs sweet as a nut.

I change the max CPU in BOINC but it still isn't playing well. No matter OGR is running on that box anyways.
