I know some people, including myself, hate wasted cycles. So when we run Eon we want to run something else alongside Eon that can "take up the slack." Which leads to my questions.
(1) Is there a way to get base-5 LLRing to totally back off when eon has work, and come out at full force when Eon gets ZZZZs?
(2) What programs play nice with Eon simply by placing Eon at Below Normal, and setting the secondary project at Low in Windows?
