Rmsd

Stupid question, but I'm new to this so please bear with me...

How do I see my best RMSD? I go to the 'High-Flyers' and login and it shows my rank and best energy, and a bunch of other stats for the top ten, but I can't see best RMSD values for anyone anywhere, except under the 'Results' section.

RMSD is leftover from the days when we were testing the Distributed Folding client. It was the Root Mean Squared Difference between the shape of the protein you crunched and the KNOWN shape of the protein. We are now crunching UNKNOWN proteins for the CASP5 conference. Since we don't know what the actual shape of the protein is ahead of time, the "Best Energy" is the hopefully closest value to the real protein, based on some experimental energy calculations.
