can someone explain TcEM McEM GcEM kcEM/s GcEM

I'm trying to find out how many McEM's I have done so far

like how many kcEM go into GcEM's and so on.... is there a link that would explain this ?

Joe's link is a good start but, basically,

kcems = number times 10^3
mcems = number times 10^6
gcems = number times 10^9
tcems = number times 10^12
pcems = number times 10^15

and finally...

ecems = number times 10^18 (I think it's going to be a year or so before even one person manages to reach 1 ecems.)

Corrected because the standard requires capital letters (except for k) for positive exponents. The lower case (except for k) are used for negative exponents. So
mcems = number times 10^-3
pcems = number times 10^-12

I don't have a link. Basically, I think of it the way hard drive manufacturers describe hard drive space, except, instead of bytes, it's cems.
