I think I am the only Portuguese in the team :( but you guys from USA could plan one.

Probably just mini-meetings with a couple of people who happen to be travelling. We of course have had an IRC meeting Christmas Party the past two years as well.

Which software to use, Skype, MSN?

Not everyone here uses Windows, so it would have to be something that is supported on multiple platforms.

Skype MacOS seems to support Video but not the beta Linux client.
