Why? And your Download-Link ist the old Client with 138 amino acid! Why?

For a work-around I'd guess you can just do a manual client download; as though you were setting up a new machine.

The indicated error means your update process was cut short due to a network timeout. Either try again until it works, or download manually. The download links on the main page do NOT have the old protein.
