Opera6 and quoting [Archive]

I don't know why this happens, but if I try to quote another users post, I get a pretty strange result as you can see in this screenshot:

Is it just me it happens for?

thats new to me :D i used to use opera has it gotten better ?

I don't think Opera6 is much of an improvement from Opera 5.12 - it hasn't got much better in regards to better support for DOM, etc. sadly :(

I'm not using it much any longer - I'm now using Mozilla - much better support for standards generally.

Replying to myself - am I going nuts? :D

By coincidence, I realised that Opera was set to identify as IE5. Changing i back to identify as Opera (as it should!), fixed this odd problem.
