Error for the client

My client give's an error.

I know for sure that i did not overclocked my pc. The memmory is also good. What more can it be?

After i try to start the client for 4 or 5 time's I get this error:

ERROR: [-04.000] {rotlib.c, line 100} Bzip decompression of SCWRL library error occurred
FATAL ERROR: [001.008] {foldtrajlite.c, line 3865} Cannot open rotamer library

If you are not overclocking your RAM then it IS bad. Try a GOOD memory tester, like memtest86 for example, or just try a friend's RAM and note that the problem goes away...
