Any particular recommendations? Looking for something with good performance and reliability, with a low price tag. :)
Almost certainly need onboard graphics (or an AGP slot) and an IDE connector (unless anyone is selling a cheap ~200GB SATA Segate drive).
Edit: actually, those PCI IDE expansion boards work pretty well, so the IDE requirement is less important.
