Just got a Gromacs protein in my email box this morning and I thought I would share it with everyone. I did post it on the web site in the protein area. I do not have a copy of the Gromacs test villin current.xyz file if someone wants to drop me a copy by Email.
I have modified the EM Viewer program to view the Gromacs protein file, but it hasn't been posted to the web site yet. I'm still working on other features. I will be adding the modification to EM and that will be in the next update. Once the Gromacs for Windows is released I will start working on a mod that will track it. Thanks to everyone for supporting my efforts.
