EM can now track the Gromacs data.
I started getting some Gromacs data today so I figured I would finalize the first Gromacs beta version of EM III and release it. It appears to be working correctly and should look very much like the normal "Tinker" protein information. Currently there is no Run, Generation, or Clone data displayed. I also updated the emprotx.dat file so that EM understands the point values for the Gromacs folded work units also.
Please remember to report any "odd" behavior as soon as possible either to the forum thread or just email me directly. It would be more helpful if you just posted it in a forum thread as I would like everyone to notice any problems that come up and I won't have to answer as many duplicate questions that way.
