Got it. It seems a little faster (156-residue protein, so only slightly larger -- running on a P4 1.8), but that could just be my imagination. I'll have to wait for the people running the bench scripts and such for final evaluation of the speed.

It looks a WHOLE BUNCH slower to me than the last one.

Running about 67K per day on the P4-2GB, vs. about 115K per day for the previous protein.

My Duron 1ghz machine is running .30/sec slower. My P4 1.6ghz is showing about the same loss.
