Vista: 32-bit vs. 64-bit & RTM vs. SP1

But I do have a ?? what is RTM
I believe it stands for Released to Manufacturing, though it took me a bit to find out...!

Most software companies follow this software release cycle:
Gold - The software has passed testing and is ready for sale. It's called gold because it is the software equivalent of creating the gold master disk for pressing vinyl LPs (for those who remember them).
RTM - The master disks are passed to manufacturing for burning CDs, packaging and distribution.
GA - Generally available for sale.
Yep, I used to work for a software company ... but I'm much better now :D
