Fixed. Need to force it and over ride user choice of themes. (fyi to other admins)

I fixed the color on the style, well except for the buttons, but I'm not good at artwork so someone else will have to create those...

buttons what buttons? tell me from what color to what other color and Im sure I could manage to alter them..
