Trif at Ars reporting its 111a and much slower!
They're saying 111 AA (and much slower) over on KWSN.

somebody on Anandtech also reported slowness, about 1/3 the speed of the lightning bug we just did

About 150K per day on the P4-2Ghz box.
The P4 seems to do relatively better on the larger proteins.

how does that relate to the last one?
if the last one was a ten on the fast meter, would the new one be a 5? or 7? or what?
i just started running it (this better not mess with my old results!! ) it seems to be more than 50% of the last one, short term look anyway
the last one (53) was getting around 2.8 - 3 structures/second, this one is now getting 1.8-2 structures/second on my P4 2.7...
slower - but still folding (and that's all that matters :) )

Looks like about a '6' on the scale... or 60% of the last one.
