Cannot connect

Anyone able to connect to Boinc Rieselsieve? Their site has been very hard to reach over the weekend and now I have trouble uploading crunched tasks. When I can get to the site it is very slow to load but no explanation of bandwidth issues is available.

cant connect to server too.. only on character select i think that 255 players is on auto trades so they dont get disconnected.... is it maintenance or server down?
