stats.free-dc.org DNS change is done

It's now pointing to the new site.. DNS propagation is fairly quick these days but it might take a few hours for everyone.

http://statsold.free-dc.org can be used to see the old one till the machine is switched off. I can't guarantee everything works there though..

Most everything should be available on the new site with the exception of the DCR. I've taken a backup of this, might just put up a static page for now, but will have the data anyway.

BeWeS (as you said), Folding@Home and eOn are borked, showing zeroes on my usermain page (http://stats.free-dc.org/stats.php?page=usermain&name=alpha).

edit: Also, OGR may need some tweaking so it knows that the stats only update once per day. Currently, it is showing "last update" as zero, but last update should strictly be yesterday's production. Completely trivial though, no bother at all.

edit2: seti classic under archived is showing zero on the page I mentioned, too.

you need to revisit statstool and correct your Eon, seti classic and F@H names.. I do too actually... :)

On the overnight rollover I actually set last_update to be 0, it's better for most projects,otherwise you get today as 0 with a last_update which is even more confusing I believe. Though I agree that it's a pain in the ass for OGR and RC572 just based on their timing..it's a single update for the team table across all nonboinc projects, same with users and hosts so singling out OGR is more difficult and not really worth it.

Thanks Bok, updated statstool and all is well. Only thing I notice now is that the F@H stats looks like they may have a problem? Showing zero production for everyone for recent days. Are they updating?

Also scrolling back to Kamcobill's Tag seems there are a few more that are '0' as well and need to fix DECS & DRTG names as well.. hmm wonders how to handle "column wrap" in the tag...

DECS is not exporting stats yet,

TMRL I can't get to the website. I'm not sure they ever exported stats actually. I'll look into it.

We should probably flag them on the projects table whether they export stats or not, so as to never show on the tag at all.

Oh, if you get onto the server, you should be making any changes within the /home/stats.free-dc.org directory. I took a copy of stats4 this morning for that purpose.. we can still use stats4 for testing :)

Some of us have used the free-dc banner as our signature on various forums. Right now, http://stats.free-dc.org/users/users.php?name=fractal takes me to a parking page. Is there any chance of having it redirect to where it belongs so my, and others, forum signatures aren't broken?

I can redirect the URL easily enough, though I'll have to do a bit of work to use the parameters too, not sure I've ever done that.
