What do I use for my DPAD name in statstool

When I go to my dpad stats page the name=%5BTA%5Drabrittain. I tried to use that for my name for DPAD in the statstool, but on my page my DPAD stats are all zeros. How do I correct this?

Should just be

[TA]rabrittain

[rabrittain]
