View Full Version : Can the Teddies name be restored in Rosetta stats?

Hi Bok,

I know your aware of the issues regarding the 'Space Family' hijacking teams at various projects and stealing their points.

With regarding Rosetta@Home where they took over Teddies (Team ID 559 (http://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/team_display.php?teamid=559)) and changed the team name to Space Family - the team has now been restored to the rightful owners and renamed back to Teddies by the admins, however in the stats here (http://stats.free-dc.org/stats.php?page=team&proj=rah&team=559) they still show the team name as 'Space Family'.

I don't know if it will happen naturally over time or if something needs to be done manually - but is it possible to have the name in the stats changed back to Teddies please?

hmm, that's a bug actually. For teams I never had an update of the team name in the script! Wow, that's been there a while...

Ok, added that, so next time they run it will correct it..

Oh yeah, and all his teams point get distributed amongst the other teams or memebers get split to teams, he's banned, team disbanded and then him and his pc's are "recycled" in hydrochloric acid or would that be too fast still.

Switches beer for cider, ah much better... oh no wait shouldn't have had that last one, it's not the 1st one that's the dozey it's the last one...
Oh well nothing coffee, some more coffee and lots of sugar and stuff won't sort :D.
