Trailer looks good though, I hope the production value is high enough to do it justice. Looks like they are starting from the beginning.

How will they be able to properly portray the depravity of Darken Rahl?

Or come to that the brutality of the Mord Sith?

They've already said it will not be like Xena and Hercules, it'll try to remain as close to the books as possible..

Of course, SOME of the violence has to be toned down...you can't be showing the molten lead down the throat scene by Darken Rahl..... or some of Denna's torturing :)
