Some help making my mind up please

OK the time is fast approaching for the next Fozzie birthday. As in previous years i will most likely be treating myself to a new mobo, CPU and RAM combo and offload the older kit to a random family member who didn't know they needed an upgrade until that time.

So what will be the best kit to get around September/October time?
