'StartServiceCtrlDispatcher failed with error 1063' message

Rebooted earlier and saw that the DF service hadn't started...had to remove and install again - the message in error.log was 'StartServiceCtrlDispatcher failed with error 1063'...any ideas on what went wrong?

That error is not a true error and can appear if you run foldtrajlite.exe sometimes. Can't tell you why your service didn't start though, that'd be Windows responsibility
