I have just finished installing YellowDog Linux on a 400Mhz PPC iMAC and I am unable to run the Distributed Folding app. When the application starts it comes up with the following error
[foldtrajlite] FATAL ERROR: [001.008] Cannot open rotamer library Hit Return
It is then quit and even a new install doesn't fix anything.
Suggestions please, I have this machine sitting around doing nothing, it even has 192Mb Ram so it will be better of folding rather than sitting in a box
