I've updated the application to version 0.8 for linux and OS X. This should fix the memory leak issue the application was having, and has a few more performance optimizations, so it should run a bit faster. Also the problem where a few checkpoint values were not being saved to the correct accuracy has also been fixed. The new code is in the code release directory. The windows app should be updated as soon as Dave gets to it. --Travis
