:Pokes:

Wieferich@Home stats aren't updating, but they are updating on the project site... Just an FYI if you didn't know already...

hmm, no I didn't no about it.

Looks like there was a hiccup with the site at 2am this morning and it stalled the stats somehow. They would have reset overnight, but I've done it manually.. They should update soon.

Looks like they are down again. They went down sometime yesterday... Dimes is not updating either. Those may not be the only ones.

Are you having stats problems?

hmm, yes indeed. Though I hadn't noticed. Looks like the nonboinc ones got stuck on SoB yesterday and have been spinning.

I'll have to manually run the rollover, then restart them. It'll appear like todays scores are higher than normal as the rollover would be from yesterday afternoon in effect..

bah..

Please don't tell me that you are participating on this project. You are wasting your time. Geoff Reynolds and I supplied them with a core that would be at least 10x faster than what they are running, but they apparently dislike open source (our requirement for them to use our software was to open their source). I had already searched up to 3e15 without finding a Wieferich prime, although I did find a few "near" Wieferich primes. If you are working on that project it will be many years before it gets to 3e15.

em, you are faster than me....

such a pity, ars and norway raise daily scores in W from 10k to 100k. with new code this can be 1kk.

Hmm... I didn't know that... Thanks for the heads up... I might be looking for a new project...

They should remove that project if that's true, and I have no reason to believe otherwise at this point.
It's not on any of my computers now.

Let me put here some background of the guys we are talking about.
Geoff Reynolds created the srsieve series.
Rogue created the ecmclient, the prpnet client, etc.
I believe in both.

Thanks for the heads-up.

I stumbled over this project and started running it, but couldn't work out why the Free-DC team was so poor.

I must say, the app is fairly easy on the CPU heat build-up which is probably explained by the slow rate of progress. I think I'll can my contribution.
