So once we test everything in between, the project is complete, right? Any chance that we could have a progress meter on the main stats page?

No, the project is complete when we find a prime for each of the remaining k.
There is an explanation of the various columns of the table down at the bottom of the page you are referring to.

Right, the upper bounds are increased as necessary... it actually makes sense to sieve these ranges before assigning PRP tests.
