SoB Sieve stats

Looks like they haven't been updated in almost a month. Is something broken, or do they only update monthly?

My userAgent requests to download the data are being denied by the look of it.

Not sure what I can do about it without the website owner looking into it, but I'll spend a little time debugging it.

I notice the DC Vault was able to pull the latest sieve stats today.

They don't get user stats, only team stats..

I'm going to revamp how I do all of these non-BOINC stats in the very near future to try to resolve these issues..
