My XP 1700 went from 745k to 830k. :smoking:
It has infact been determined that the optimized core causes a performance decrease on K6* systems (hence the old core is distributed with the zipfile too, labelled as a K6 core). Due to this, I have asked JBerg if he could make the old (non-optimized) source available too.
