Collatz 32 and 64 bit CUDA apps and 64 bit ATI apps released

Workunits have been increased in size in order to support GPU processing without overloading the server. Run time on a PIII 800Mhz is 7 days. Run time on an nVidia 9800 GTX+ is about 12 minutes.
