I'm currently running Genome Spy, and after watching the performance index, it seems to get higher index on smaller WU's, say 40- 50 AA, than the over 80 AA. Can I trust the index?

Anyone noticed the same?

Using Genomy Spy, I have not noticed that. The PI for my machines seems to jump all over the place. 5 one minute and then 10 several minutes later on a variety or different speed machines.

I just use it to tell me which machines are running and which may not be. With that in mind I set it to really long refresh rates.

Overall I think it is a good program but it seems to take a little more overhead on the machine that runs it than KDFold and EM2.
