Version 4.18 of the BOINC client has been released. The most important bug that was fixed is. - When the server requests a delay, make sure we do not overwrite the min_rpc_time, which has already been set to the proper delay time. This was a bug that was reported by Bruce. Please upgrade to 4.18 as soon as possible.
