Phase II Beta testing

I don't know where to look for information relating to the needs you have for beta testers of Phase II.

Is this the right place and I have just overlooked it, or is it too soon to be expecting a post.

Anyway, I'll be glad to help (but I only have one WinXP machine to donate)
