sharing power supply?

There used to be a great thread here detailing how to split a power supply between 2 computers.

Updated my link. A great many of my DC buddies ask for that. I saved up a few power cables to give it a shot...but I'll probably take down the farm before it's used.

Still...knowledge is great.
