In preparation for wideband which is being rolled out here in the Raleigh, NC area, I'm having my modem switched out to a new docsis3.0 from Time Warner. Looks like they already started the switch as I'm getting 26Mbps down today though up is still pretty bad at 400kbps. They've said that full wideband should be available within the next few weeks so I'll be in a 50MBdown/5Mbup connection which should be MUCH better..

So, tomorrow afternoon, roughly 5PM EST to 6PM EST, there could be some outages to the websites. Likely it won't be long at all...

I purchased a DOCSIS 3.0 modem about 7 months ago and the Home Premium Bundle is still not available to me off of Forestville Rd.

I was driving along ForestVille Rd just last night :)

I'm up US1 a little ways near the SuperTarget.

They aren't advertising that Wideband is available just yet though I'm getting 26Mbps down this morning, Signature@Home is available which is actually going to cost me a little less than I already pay as I have cable+internet+digital phoen from them already. Try a http://www.speedtest.net and see what you are getting. They told me they started rolling it out in this area March 1st.. once full wideband is available I'll automatically get it, will ask the tech when he comes out in a few hours time.

Yeah, I run speedtest often and I still get 9-12m down and .5 up and I have been paying for RR Turbo for 4 years. I heard the buzz about the offerings in the area but when I called this morning, the sales rep didn't know anything about it. Then I chatted with a Premium Home Specialists that verified that it is in WF, just not in my area yet. No timeframe that they could offer. I agree that the price I am paying now is almost where that will be as I have 2 DVR's and 1 regular box with RR turbo, (like $165 or so a month). $199 would be worth it for the increased upload speeds. I have a few friends that work for TW so I am investigating over the next few days.
Thanks for your response. Post how you like it once you get it up and running!

I did the same thing last week and they didn't know anything. Went on chat with them yesterday where I took the different tactic of asking if I could get a docsis 3.0 modem in advance of the impending wideband and that got them acknowledging it :)

I'll let you know how it is, shouldn't be long.. I'm certainly looking forward to the increased upload speed, given I'm running a number of websites from here that get ~ 250,000 hits per day...
