There was an excellent pictorial on how to unlock the X from the backside of the mobo...
Where did it go, where is it?

i did read somethoing couple weeks ago where people were putting a wire in two holes of the cpu socket, instead of trying to wrap around pins. there were several replies to the post and everyone was happy. but i lost that link.

this shows lots of bridge painting guides. http://www.ocinside.de/
i would want a magnifying glass on a stand for that.

or use the painting guide to figure out wich pins on the back of cpu, or holes in the socket to jump
