First of all let me say that I like the project very much. You guys have been very active here and on several team forums, the server has had only a few hours downtime since the update back in January and the stats are amazing. ..
Since some time last year we have been expecting a new client release. A new performance metric was to repalce cEM, the opens socket problem in windows and the segfault bug in Linux were to be fixed and there were even hints of cache support for nonet systems.
Where are all these changes? Is there a ETA for the new client?
The current problems are relatively minor, provided you use MathGuy's great service handler or a short script in linux to restart the client after it segfaults but we haven't seen any changes in months.
Could you give me some Idea of when the new client will come out and what will change?
