For the last few months, network routing issues have been interfering with the connectivity of some participants. The actual problem turned out to be a lack of sufficient memory in our router at the PAIX (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PAIX) in Palo Alto. Two days ago we increased the memory in that router by a factor of four. This fixed the problem.
