These are both Sprint PCS phones. The Sanyo is silver with very bright blue-green display and the Samsung is Silver/Blue with a kind of yellowish-green display. I had another N200 as my main phone and it rocks..flip up variety. Both have pull-out antennaes for improved reception.
One was lightly used for a month, the other is totally unused.
Slightly used - Sanyo SCP-4700 -- $50 --- Looks like the 4900 here except no color screen (http://www.2thumbswap.com/reviews/Sanyo/)

**** - Now that I am a Cingular Nokia user..I can say the software in the Sanyo and Samsung blows the Nokia software away. Easier to use, more intuitive, more options....just far and away better software.
