removing accounts

Who should I contact to have accounts removed?

On my team (team ProfChat) there are two member accounts that should be deleted;

Fisk_au because Fisk couldn't get it to work and is using FISK now

WalshernUK because he collapsed in class and could not be revived :(

for my first account Keroberts1 I set my E-mail password wrong and was then unable ot log in and as a result made the new name kroberts5. would i bve able ot delete that one to or even better get it combined with my new one
