Could someone please explain the significance of the value ?

Just how low CAN you go (and how quickly) ?? ZERO would be really nice

It's probably hard to say at this point ---- the new client "builds" on previous generations,
so it should be possible to drive the RMS value down lower than previously--but I doubt zero is achievable. Now, keep in mind that I understand this project even less than the math projects, so i may be completely wrong here.....:confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:
