Report Denied

How the heck do I fix THIS problem? And what is causing it ? :(

[Fri Jun 20 05:55:38 2003] couldn't report to server [report denied], retry in 300 secs [error: -3]


As you can see from the log excerpt I keep getting this REPORT DENIED. Tried rebooting, restarting the PC etcetera :help: nothing seems to work. Every restart made the program re-do the last two blocks too :confused:


update; it still won't work :cry: still getting [report denied] so forget version 1.1, I went back to the Service version, that works okay

report denied = your client already reported that test completion. it's a superficial error that i'm removing server side but I haven't gotten around to it.

ah thanks for clarifying squire Helm. but I reverted to the service version because I don't know how to get the client version 1.1 working again, it keeps trying to report ....

You could change the username back and forth - and so clearing the cache. As the client already submitted the result, you wouldn't lose any work.
