Slight problem with latest release.

For refrence: the system I'm running this on is a P4 2.4b with 256mb of ram on a Soyo P4X400 Deluxe.

I have been running DF for a while with no problems, until the last update kind of fudged things up. I downloaded the fix, and now my text client (set for "quiet" mode) is spitting out random hex numbers every once-in-a-while, then after a while says that certan files are corrupt, and that the filelist needs to be deleted manualy.

Here are some of the hex numbers from this last attempt:

Should I just delete and try another copy, or is this a common bug caused by me?

is the latest executable.. although make sure you've got July 23, 2003, 1:09pm as the time stamp. (or later, if there's another update/patch).

One of the late July 22nd or July 23rd posts had mention of an error similar to yours.. but I'm too asleep to find it. If you've got the latest update, run through the bugs/tech support/main forums and look through the threads posted since late night 22nd.. (or someone more awake than I will give the actual link - and pass on Howard's recommendation).

Yes, you need to re-download it. The correct file size of the working foldtrajlite.exe should be 3,026,944 (right click teh icon and pick Properties to check).

First the upgrade downtime, then this, my team is going to take forever to recover... :bang: :bang:

I'll download the new copy and see how that goes.
