Hi,
maybe you got the incorrect native.val file like in http://www.free-dc.org/forum/showthread.php?threadid=3884
The correct size should be 33,202 bytes. If your file is 58,181 bytes in size, you got the incorrect version. You can download the correct file at http://www.dbestern.com/native.val , it appears the file can be replaced from versions for other OS (at least Linux and Windows have been tested).
Good luck,
Jérôme

You have the wrong native.val. Did you autoupdate or manually download? Anyways if you manually re-download the package now it has the right native.val. Sorry for the trouble.

Thanks jlandgr, it was the wrong size native.val. I did see the thread about it last night but thru my bleary eyes I thought it was Winblows specific. The client is running fine now on the Tru64 Alphas.

Howard, I did manually download it by going straight to your ftp site using ftp.
