I just lost around 350 buffered gens just now :(. They're just sitting in the dfolding file, if there's any way that i can upload them pls let me know :( cause i REALLLY do not want to lose that much work.

You can possibly rescue them; but you have to give us more information why you think you lost them.

Are they from the current protein?
What error messages did you get (in the client-window, in the error.log file)
Are you running on- or offline?
How do you come to the conclusion you "lost" them (got an error while uploading, stats are too low, etc ...)

Any info could help us to help you.

.\foldtrajlite -purgeuploadlist 1
.\foldtrajlite -f protein -n native -u t

This is what I do until they start uploading ;)

tried that but it didn't work for some reason.. well i accept the losses.. i just found out taht i also lost another 300 buffered gens on my other computer :( o well at least i'm back up and cruching
