Would it be possible to incorporate into the progress tab the minimizing energy bar and creating new trajectory bars or some kinda indicator that the client is going through those processes?

When my boxen hang up they all ways seem to do it during that process.

When ever I check DC monitor and see one of the clients in the roll over mode I'm always stick to it until I see it restart.

At least I could go to DFGUI and see what it was doing with out taking it of quite mode and hidden then restarting it.

Hi cygnussphere,

There is no way for dfGUI to know that the DF client is doing eneryg minimization or creating a new trajectory. All I get is the info in the progress.txt file as feedback.

Right now the only thing you could do is run the client as a non-service and make the window visible to check.

If Howard or Elena are watching, that might be something they could add to a future version of the DF client's progress.txt so third party apps get "notified" that other events are happening.
